Oh, this looks like a haunted house scene. If this is like a mystery inc bit, here's what I think each of them are.

Dr. Whooves - the leader & supernerd

(Made sense with him being the 10th doctor)

Derpy Hooves - cinnamon roll & autist

(Compassionate pacifist who loves to help)

Octavia Melody - calculating superdiva

(Past experience with being a mafioso)

Vinyl Scratch - the cool girl incarnate

(Very cocky, never thinks things through)

Sweetie Drops - the sassy straight mare

(Rational, makes gadgets, mega super spy)

Lyra Heartstrings - the gay comic relief

(She's like Shaggy Rodgers if he were gay)
